The main axis of this zone is the National Route 40 and its hard rubble surface. Besides, each town on this area is connected with each other and with the rest of the country by airlines and bus companies.

- The National Route 40 is the main artery of the Mountain Range Area and it connects the most important touristic points. It runs parallely to the Andes Mountain range.
- Crossing to Chile: The necessary documentation to visit Chile is: Identity Card, Identification or Passport and Car Documents.
- Ship Trips: There are several options on ship transfers in the region.

Ski centres: there are excellent andean and upstage ski centres like Cerro Castor, Valdelen and Altos del Valle.
